Tighteyex said on live this battle wasn't supposed to happen, at least not until the finals because the twins had technically already claimed a spot in the finals. The organizers setup the pools so that mijo would be eliminated early on, and dropped the twins out of the finals for this battle to happen; to silently drop the twins from the competition overall on some fuck shit, and robbing tighteyex and mijo in the finals. Everybody knows it should have been Les Twins V. Tighteyex & Mijo in the finals.
Just came from watching that. Larry was supposed to be disqualified for interrupting Tighteyes' round too, but they changed the rules mid battle. This whole thing was a mess.

Mitri Mars I watched the live too but Tight Eyez was wrong about the disqualifying part and Larry wanting another round, Larry did not want another round. The MC says to the judges there should be a third round because Larry interrupted and the twins get mad because one, they didn’t even know they cut TE off, and two, they didn’t want another round because people had been dancing during each other’s rounds earlier in the competition but nothing was said to them and no extra rounds were added. Larry even says in French something about treating Kefton the same for interrupting. Also for the second round that the twins “interrupted”, TE danced a little over a minute and for Larry’s second round he danced for 50 seconds. The MC started all the drama by suggesting a third round when it wasn’t needed.

They are both Giants in the industry.

Hello everyone ! I am Vicelow one of the MCs and I want to clarify things for people who do not speak English and have not understood the situation. From the Last 8 the dancers can dance until 1m30 and make combos with his partner. In the 2nd round, Larry does not see that he stops the passage of Tight Eyes. I asked the judges and the public if they wanted a 3rd round because there was just one semifinal and for me it could be eliminatory for Larry and tight eyes who could not finish his round. My mistake was to have said to joke "we will add a rule" because it has put a little confusion. Finally the judges voted a tie, but in the 3rd round it was Tight Eyes who cut Larry's round. When I say "ooookkk" it's so that T.E stops dancing, I tell Larry to continue but he answers me with words that are not respectful. I can understand because the scenario of the battle was really special, I was angry and the The twins too but we found calm immediately. Kanon (organizer of the Fusion Concept) went on stage and gave an extra round of 1mn which is why I show the Ipad and the timing to the dancers before starting. We are 2 Mcs but my English-speaking partner could not translate because his microphone was broken when Larry sent it to the judges. Many tensions, discussions and electricity all day but there were historic battles so please no polemics because the dancers made the show and gave their best with respect for dance. The twins master the art of trying to distract and discredit dancers while they are performing but honestly, If you are great, you don’t have to continuously interfere and try to take away the attention of the performer. Then they are allowed to grab the Mic and talk to the judge and audience. Lol. I understand they suppose to be famous but they be doing way too much. It's like event organizers invite them, the twins get to the finals rounds or the finals just to lose by some faulty decision making, Then the event organizers use the Les Twins videos and JUST their videos the gain views? Or uploads their videos first even if they lost before even posting the winners?
It has been like 2 days of new watching videos on different angles about this epic battle, it’s history made that day. For me it was a really close battle but in my opinion, Larry edged a little bit
Facts: Tight Eyex danced from 3:25 to 4:21 (56s) and Larry from 4:21 to 5:12 (41s). Larry did step on TE's turn but in less time he did twice the damage. I still say he won this I'm sorry.
Larry AND Tight Eyez we’re both OUTSTANDING!!! We need to give both dancers credit for amazing performances. Les Twins almost always gets a hassle from judges to event coordinators, in almost every performance I’ve seen them in. That’s nothing new! Sure we could all say this about our favorite dancers. But we can’t let momentary confusion with the judges or event staff take away from an awesome battle happening here. This happens allot in these events and we just have to roll with it. The bottom line, no matter if you pulling for Krump or Hip Hop, or whatever, is to ask if you enjoyed the dancing that took place all around. That’s really all that matters. its moby crossed with a regular beat (i forget which but one that is a classic and easy to find) with drake over it...its a pretty easy song to replicate, though it does sound good
iv actually seen larry do better honestly it felt like he was barely trying or the music just wasnt familiar to him as much because even his workshop freestyles popped off more than that
@@iamhimman it's true but he selects and knows all the music in workshop freestyles. in battles the music is selected randomly. so that leg drop with lau at @16:31 was actually very sick considering. i feel like this was some of larry's better battling. he didn't rely on signature moves and he was precise but also jumping on the floor and all over the place. i thought that hype at @16:49 was going to win it for him, but TE was powerful, he didn't waste any moves, i think his efficiency won him the battle.

Tight eyex proved his point already by beating the best in Hip Hop game and that's the final to me not those two little mocking girls. It's revolution, the whole world woke up to krump. Krump is best the Ghetto style dance, street dance and any dance of all time. The creator came despite all the hurdles they put him through and beat the two best in the game straight.

Once again the camera angles just mess this up. Saw this on instagram FROM A FRONT ANGLE and both the twins and TightEyez rounds looked infinitely better. The whole thing thing with the twins is that they do illusions with their bodies but you can't see it from the sides. But it was still a great battle though. Both sides were amazing 👏

*So in conclusion* (for anyone confused): There were 4 rounds in total. Larry won the first 2 but because he cut off Tight Eyez in the 2nd round his wins were taken away and called a draw. Tight Eyez then cut off Larry in the 3rd but instead of punishing him like Larry they added a 4th round, then Tight Eyez won the 4th round and because the 4th was the last round he won the battle even though Larry won more rounds. 😂

From the comments, it's easy to tell that some of you must not know who Tight Eyez is. He is the creator of the Krump dance style, a style that Larry (and even Laurent) use in their routines just about every time they dance. If not for Tight Eyez, Larry probably wouldn't even be a dancer today. That's how influential Tight Eyez has been to street dance, and even the Les Twins. They are facing one of the guys who heavily influenced a part of their dance style. Very few dancers have created a style of dancing and is known to be the founder and originator of it. That's why when he dances there's so much power, explosiveness, creativity, passion and musicality. He's a legend. He has inspired thousands around the world with his dancing style. Time to educate yourselves. And yes, I'm a huge fan of the Les Twins as well. If you go back and watch this video, you'll see how much respect and admiration Larry and Laurent have for Tight Eyez when he's dancing (see TE's freestyle at 14:46 and look how Larry and Laurent are admiring and hype from afar. Laurent even had to come dap him up immediately afterwards). They are in awe looking at one of the guys who inspired them. That's also why they're so kind to him in the video, because the judging and what not is a hot mess. They actually hate this for him. Now concerning TE's freestyle at 14:46, what some of you may have grossly overlooked is how TE was stepping to his left with his hands midway up, and then when the beat patterns kicked in, TE began moving his whole body like a complete machine. Notice the subtle head twitches, hand movement, legs movement, chest, torso, subtle kicks and more. That is not easy to do for any dancer, not even poppers, but TE makes it looks effortless. I can't tell you how many times I've rewound just that small portion. It's absolutely amazing. The crowd was amazed as well, and even the twins. He absolutely destroyed that beat. Larry did it some justice, but did not ascend to the same degree. This is how TE won this particular battle (he should've won the whole thing tbh). Now don't get me wrong. The Les Twins are an ABSOLUTE FORCE to be reckoned with! Yes, Krump is a part of their style from time to time, but they have their own style and originality as well. They are WORLD CLASS DANCERS and I have high regard for them (and obviously many others do too). I just wasn't gonna sit by and allow this Tight Eyez slander from new kids who have no idea who he is and are allowing the stanship for the Les Twins to make them subjective instead of objective. Tight Eyez has been around for nearly two decades. Recognize.

Larry AND Tight Eyez we’re both OUTSTANDING!!! We need to give both dancers credit for amazing performances. Les Twins almost always gets a hassle from judges to event coordinators, in almost every performance I’ve seen them in. That’s nothing new! Sure we could all say this about our favorite dancers. But we can’t let momentary confusion with the judges or event staff take away from an awesome battle happening here. This happens allot in these events and we just have to roll with it. The bottom line, no matter if you pulling for Krump or Hip Hop, or whatever, is to ask if you enjoyed the dancing that took place all around. That’s really all that matters. Oh.....and the dope tracks that get played during the event, LOL! Congrats to all who were invited to compete and THANK YOU for blessing us with your talent!!! 💯❤️🌹🥰💋

@@iamhimman it's true but he selects and knows all the music in workshop freestyles. in battles the music is selected randomly. so that leg drop with lau at @16:31 was actually very sick considering. i feel like this was some of larry's better battling. he didn't rely on signature moves and he was precise but also jumping on the floor and all over the place. i thought that hype at @16:49 was going to win it for him, but TE was powerful, he didn't waste any moves, i think his efficiency won him the battle.

Tight eyex proved his point already by beating the best in Hip Hop game and that's the final to me not those two little mocking girls. It's revolution, the whole world woke up to krump. Krump is best the Ghetto style dance, street dance and any dance of all time. The creator came despite all the hurdles they put him through and beat the two best in the game straight.

Once again the camera angles just mess this up. Saw this on instagram FROM A FRONT ANGLE and both the twins and TightEyez rounds looked infinitely better. The whole thing thing with the twins is that they do illusions with their bodies but you can't see it from the sides. But it was still a great battle though. Both sides were amazing 👏

*So in conclusion* (for anyone confused):
There were 4 rounds in total. Larry won the first 2 but because he cut off Tight Eyez in the 2nd round his wins were taken away and called a draw. Tight Eyez then cut off Larry in the 3rd but instead of punishing him like Larry they added a 4th round, then Tight Eyez won the 4th round and because the 4th was the last round he won the battle even though Larry won more rounds. 😂

From the comments, it's easy to tell that some of you must not know who Tight Eyez is. He is the creator of the Krump dance style, a style that Larry (and even Laurent) use in their routines just about every time they dance. If not for Tight Eyez, Larry probably wouldn't even be a dancer today. That's how influential Tight Eyez has been to street dance, and even the Les Twins. They are facing one of the guys who heavily influenced a part of their dance style.
Very few dancers have created a style of dancing and is known to be the founder and originator of it. That's why when he dances there's so much power, explosiveness, creativity, passion and musicality. He's a legend. He has inspired thousands around the world with his dancing style. Time to educate yourselves.
And yes, I'm a huge fan of the Les Twins as well. If you go back and watch this video, you'll see how much respect and admiration Larry and Laurent have for Tight Eyez when he's dancing (see TE's freestyle at 14:46 and look how Larry and Laurent are admiring and hype from afar. Laurent even had to come dap him up immediately afterwards). They are in awe looking at one of the guys who inspired them. That's also why they're so kind to him in the video, because the judging and what not is a hot mess. They actually hate this for him.
Now concerning TE's freestyle at 14:46, what some of you may have grossly overlooked is how TE was stepping to his left with his hands midway up, and then when the beat patterns kicked in, TE began moving his whole body like a complete machine. Notice the subtle head twitches, hand movement, legs movement, chest, torso, subtle kicks and more. That is not easy to do for any dancer, not even poppers, but TE makes it looks effortless. I can't tell you how many times I've rewound just that small portion. It's absolutely amazing. The crowd was amazed as well, and even the twins. He absolutely destroyed that beat. Larry did it some justice, but did not ascend to the same degree. This is how TE won this particular battle (he should've won the whole thing tbh).
Now don't get me wrong. The Les Twins are an ABSOLUTE FORCE to be reckoned with! Yes, Krump is a part of their style from time to time, but they have their own style and originality as well. They are WORLD CLASS DANCERS and I have high regard for them (and obviously many others do too). I just wasn't gonna sit by and allow this Tight Eyez slander from new kids who have no idea who he is and are allowing the stanship for the Les Twins to make them subjective instead of objective.
Tight Eyez has been around for nearly two decades. Recognize.
