That's why the enemy player can see you a little earlier and kill you before you can react. That's also why it sucks holding angles against good players with high ping. If you get prefired you won't even see the guy.

Demo is 64 tick, real server is 128 tick, his setup has 300fps. On his setup the crosshair was on head, but it's so fast we can't see in the edit
