Growing up I remember hearing Bishop Patterson's message on TV, my dad listened to him a lot after church on Sundays. I was in my room and randomly remembered him just now. Even though I was so young and probably didn't understand every single thing I caught what I could and remember being so deeply impacted by his messages. May God continue to bless his family and may he sleep in peace! I look forward to seeing him in glory!

I really wished I had this teaching when I began my first Christian walk with God. The people that I was with, made it so very hard to know God. All they could give me was negative connotations of God, instead of positive attributes that would help and encourage me. I am so glad that I learned and am still learning about God for myself!!!! So glad to know about my Papa God!!!!

It means that God will deal or judge the church first since, the 1st Century church was His creation. It doesn’t mean in the last days He will judge the church (His people). Because we (The Church) should be the leaders in helping others be in the search of and finding Christ. The church has failed in her mission to do so. This is the reason why the first century church was given birth to. To spread the Good News. Also once people were added to the church, they were to be discipled and learn about their Spiritual gifts. The church has failed in that also.
I love to hear bishop Patterson but I think we can’t so hard on the LBGTQ community a sin is a Sin fortification, adultre, lying, stealing jealousy is all a sin. We just can’t judge anyone.
