Maybe you bought the non wireless type? Or maybe device cannot connect to internet? Make sure it can connect. If not you must asked your seller.
@@AzzaHafizah surprising your device can connect to yr hp. But what the impact is its not connected? Is it the app for monitor the cat movement? Cannot connect, the cat litter still can use, right?
Yes, still can work. The app monitor how many times the toilet being used and monitor which cat using it by weight. I need the app to dump cat litter because it's not in the button menu.
