How would you grow them to harvest seeds for the next season?

Ours flowered about Mid Sept after which they will start to develop seed but that usually in our area is late and a frost will kill it back prior. if you are in South Florida or zone 10 no frosts just wait and it will produce seed.

I plant them in our area in June-September it is a warm season crop so whenever the heat comes plant it!!
