If you did a workout with me and Dan video, I would LOVE it!!!! I could watch it back to workout too as well. I need to tone my. " mommy body" and I need motivation, but I don't know what exercises to do. Im interested what all Dan was telling you.

I know I'm way behind on your videos but I just want to say, this video was so beautiful in many ways. 1st off, you were meant to be a momma, you're such a great mom to all your kiddos and I am glad I can come here for mom support, feeling understood as a mom and new ways of looking at things. 2nd, thank you for being vulnerable by showing us your post partum body (beautiful btw) and showing us how to get back to trying to be us as humans again and not just mom. For taking time for ourselves and feeling better about ourselves again. As a mom of 2 youngest being 12 mo, I appreciate this deeply

I am due with baby #2 and I know you mentioned in a previous video you were creating and over supply at the beginning so your supply would not drop later. I had a similar issue with my first. My supply dropped 3-4 months after having her. Is there a way you could do a video about your new routing/ what you are doing for this baby/ tips/tricks 🙏 it would be so helpful. Thank you for everything ❤
