Any reputable pawnshop or jewler has a high grade tester that can tell moissanite from diamond. Lab diamonds are engraved if they are larger stones like 1ct and up. Moissanites are completely clean and have more of a rainbow brilliance. There is almost 0 resale value for man made moissanite.
Diamonds are worthless too. Loose diamonds are all over eBay for next to nothing compared to what they cost in a piece of jewelry. VVS, SI, VS all that shit. Go see for yourself
