I can't believe UCF denied ESPN of coming to their campus and hosting an on-air Championship celebration with a trophy and five thousand t-shirts for students in addition to this parade at Disney. WTF
dasun13 it wasn't ESPN proper, but the Dan Lebatard Show which, despite being syndicated by ESPN, likes making fun of sports....so it may have made this look even more absurd. I love the Knights and watched each game on tv from South Fla, but other than showing that UCF should be in the Big 12 and become part of the party, I don't think it would be wise other than publicizing the radio show...NOT the university.

I wouldn't even know who the knights were along with 100000 other people had it not been for ESPN and the lebatard show. They make fun of the things that are wrong with sports including the fact that you said you should join the Big 12 Conference which would further contribute to the problem of schools like yours being kept out of the national championship game. Matthew Lofton but the NCAA only cares about the money that generates from the CFP and they know Bama makes the money for them and they knew they couldn’t miss out on that. It’s time for the NCAA to end all of this horseshit and create a real playoff along with the conferences in D1 college football. 8 team playoff counting ALL P5 conference champs and 3 at large teams like Bama and UCF could get in along with a team like Wisconsin that got kind of screwed also. However ESPN only cares about certain teams and programs in the SEC.
