Hello friend, what works for me is to understund that what will happen is only the consequence of how i am now. In the sense, the fruits of my tree, are only coming naturally out of how i nourish my seed ; i don't even have to think of the fruit, i know it comes naturally as a consequence. It is important to take care of what is here now, so that is brings what comes after, it's not a goal, it's a consequence. It verifies itself all the time. Set what you want, ok no problem, see what you desires, ok no problem, visualize all, ok no problem ; but make efforts on what is here only, as it will bring results naturally if you do so. Be patient, allow yourself to learn, respect yourself and trust
@@SrimantaYoga ☺🙏How can I always put my focus on the positive and at the same time I remember my bad experience with people only when it's needed in the sense of not doing the same mistake again ? These days I realize than I do the same mistake especially when I have a good mood. There is some people with which I keep distance with them because they don't contribue to my well being and one day if these people see me with a good mood so they ask me to talk to me and me I do the mistake of accept to talk again and again with people than make me suffer because I have a good mood at this time and I tell to myself than I will give them a second chance but they never change and they always make me suffer because they want EDUCATE me everytime, they don't want let the life within me to blossom. So how can I be able to keep my distance with this kind of people even when I have a good mood and without thinking to give them second chance ? Especially when I have a good mood I must avoid that kind of people because I want to feel better each days.
