This hike was a great choice. Not too hard and very close to Palm Springs. Keep these great videos coming!
Thanks for watching!
Love to see your wife and you guys inspiring with your travels!!!!!
More to come! Thx for watching.
Those palm trees by the water are breathtaking! Smart to go this time of year before it becomes unbearable. Thanks for sharing!
They really were! Thanks for stopping by.
So true! The middle of the desert! It’s easy to lose that perspective with all of the development in rural areas now
Yeah without actually visiting it’s hard to imaging how difficult that was.
Thank you for posting this informative and enjoyable video. It is very useful because your images as well as your narration describe the trail to potential hikers. Well done!
Thanks for the kind words and for stopping by!
A lot more water than when I went!
The water was beautiful!
I see a pattern here. Nice!
That place is truly a gem!! An oasis in our beautiful California, got my subbed 🥾🥾

Oh nice- the desert is beautiful, and the palms and creek are very soothing. Nice to see Kathy with you today as well. 😀
It really is! It was nice to have her with me.
I’m 33 and that hill at the beginning is too much for me 😂 thanks for showing us the trail, I lived in LA for 8 years and never heard of it!
Hahaha! Thanks for watching!
This is a beautiful hike, thanks for sharing! It's something I could do for sure!😊
You should!
Absolutely gorgeous. It reminded me a little of the hike I did at Joshua Tree out to an oasis but this one looked even more beautiful with all the palm trees and water.
It really is pretty special. Especially with the water right now.
Been on this trail so many times growing up. So much fun.
It really is!
The landscape is gorgeous. I think I would be distracted lol

We went there on the weekend. Funny thing is I thought to myself "this would be a good one for pops"
Hahaha! You were right!!
We went there in July or August. We didn't make it too far, haha.
I have never been here, but next time I visit Joshua Tree Monument, I will definitely check this place out as well!
You should!
I’m been to Palm Springs way too many times (my brother used to live there) but I never knew of this awesome place. Thanks for sharing Pops 🙌🏽
You bet!
Fantastic spot, nice job!👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Very cool area I like the rock pass with the cars .we went thru one like that in custard state park . The trail looks very nice . Love the water falls in the desert 🏜. How expensive is this and is there camping near by ??
It was 12$ for adults and 7$ for seniors when we went. I didn’t notice any camping areas on the way in so I’m not sure.
@@popshiking thanks . 😊
I've been to Palm Springs numerous times but never been on this trail. Looks like fun and a unique experience in the desert. how long did it take you to complete your hike?
We did it in about 1:45. We were very relaxed and didn’t hurry the part we did.
@@popshiking great to know, thank you! I would definitely like to go with my wife on our trip in November.
What time did you get there?
I don’t remember but I think early afternoon. As I note in the video we went in the early spring. Would be a big differing the summer. Thx for watching!
bit pricey for what you can see, the waterfall is not bad if it just rain, but this is one of those you should only go after it rains imo.
Very pretty!! Good suggestion
Glad you like it!
Hi Jeff & Kathy
