Despite all the negative comments, I feel that Elyse really benefitted from the makeover. She probably didn't know how to keep her room clean and her things tidy in the first place. Now, she's has an idea and the motivation, she will likely develop the good habit to maintain a clean space for herself going forward. This makeover has not gone to waste... :)
everyone blames the daughter but honestly the mum should set good habits to follow la. not just go on national tv to shame her kid etc. i bet she is the one who wants to keep the old bed frame and stuff.

Alot of the design are very impractical. Those over used wooden vertical lines are gonna be a chore to clean. And the retractable mirror is totally unnecessary. Not to mention the hanging closet doesn't have a track to pull out,so getting into the corners will be a pain in the arse too.

想要房间井井有条，却从来不肯花一些时间去整理与规划，再加上现今的年轻一代，物质享受充足，买了一大堆玩具玩偶，衣物，化妆品等等，然后就变成堆积如山！
1 把要用到衣物用品，好好的整理与收纳。
2 多余的物品捐赠出去。
要不然10个房间都不够用！

问题出在母女身上,母亲懒,女儿也懒.我就不信衣服会放在床上不收拾也可以睡.母女两个外表这么干净,一个字懒.而现在汉玮又办这个节目就乘这个机会,依赖性,看她们以后会继续干净吗.
最可笑的是这妈妈说她会操心女儿房间的状况！她其实得负一部分责任啊！

All you need to do now is not to be lazy and clean your room. Need to kick off that old habit. No point having nice reno but you dont keep it tidy it will definitely be back to square one..the TV show should do a surprise visit to see if they actually keep the place tidy

这一家人真的是不需要节目组去帮忙的，她们并不是没有财力或能力自己去改造房间，只是俩母女都是懒惰的人。女儿房间乱糟糟，这妈妈都可以忍受，只是嘴上说说女儿几句，也没有实际行动。

This is the worst episode I watched. The daughter is same kind as the mother~ LAZY to the MAX! The mother's stuffs are full in her daughter's wardrobe! I think some of the clothes are belong to the lazy mother as well.

坦白说，现代的年轻人，不会管什么婆家，有些年轻人都不喜欢跟年长者一起住，也会嫌弃老人家，懂得敬老尊贤，饮水思源，知恩图报，孝敬父母的概念已不多了！
不见得，我们周围的许多年轻人就懂得敬老尊贤，陪父母做义工，帮助年长人士。要是家里的年轻人品格有问题，父母得负大部份的责任。

这边很多批评者没有考虑到很重要的一点：这位女生的学习能力是不错的，ACJC毕业，本地大学生。她把心思放在她觉得重要的地方我觉得没有错。爱因斯坦的房间桌子都很凌乱，但是他造就了很多奥妙的科学理论。等这位女生毕业了，得到高收入，聘请好的女佣，她的家一定比你们在座的各位美很多。

看了这么多集, 个人觉得最不该帮这家人。总归一个字, 懒。俩母女还一副“我们就是懒, 所以才找你们来免费帮我们”的样子。*facepalm* 真是辛苦汉玮大哥和小帮手们了。Waste of resources for this family, should have helped other worthy/needy family. 如果可以有个教收纳的小课程, 对于不会收拾/收纳的人来说那应该会是更有利的收益。

I hardly comment on RUclips videos but this…I absolutely feel that this episode is a waste of resources ☹️ is it producers need a Gen z to help showcase the products catered for youngsters/ or create a commotion among viewers? tbh from what they tell us is a sense of their laziness and never ending excuses, and procrastination. Hope this show can help more “non-lazy” people.. anyway good that the family have received help but this episode can definitely benefit others who are more deserving of the help 🙂

首先那個女的絕對是懶惰，但是最大問題，就是她那個不知所謂的老母不懂教女，在節目裡還要表現一臉不屑的揶揄女兒，跟女兒互相推卸責任，女兒不願意執拾整理房間，那個老母就由她不管不教，還協助把雜物衣服也亂掉床上，有其母必有其女，從沒見過這樣的老母，然後還要揶揄取笑女兒，她那副咀臉非常可憎，真的不知所謂的老母，節目組根本不應該幫她們這家人，這集我看了兩節已經不想看了！
