This is actually the original key believe it or not. She's not hitting all the high vocal notes, but she's almost 60 so can't blame her. She still sounds great.
It's the original key of A Major, i can hear it straight away. However her voice, as it does when you get older, can't stretch to the high notes, so she is harmonizing.
Yes, I own the copyright in the visual part of the video I shot. Tori Amos owns the copyright in the composition underlying the audio part of my video. Without permission, my creation of this derivative work based on her composition rights would arguably be an infringement, but I have permission through RUclips's copyright claim system. So if someone were to copy my video--say by downloading it and then uploading it from their own channel--they would be infringing my copyright and I could issue a DMCA Notification to get it taken down. So, yeah. Copyright. By the way, I was a copyright lawyer for over 10 years, but if you want to explain to me how I *don't* own the copyright in the video that I shot, I'm all ears.
@clydebuilt4894 - I honestly don't understand what point you're making. Not that it matters, but I shot this with a camera and then edited it in a video editor. But yes, when people shoot a video on a cell phone, they own the copyright in that video. There may be overlapping ownership rights if the cell phone video includes music with its own inherent copyright protections, but like I said, I have express permission to use the composition thanks to RUclips's copyright claim system, which diverts all ad revenue on such videos to the composition rights holders.
She still got it, she sounds fantastic
She owns a fucking crowd. Nothing but love for the queen.
as mad as a badger and bloody brilliant!
She’s one of the best artists of our generation
she is a master of her craft ... never tire of this lady 😃
Le temps n’a pas de prise sur Tori, toujours aussi inattendue, créative et boostante, solaire et toujours tellement belle
I’m taking my husband to his first Tori show in July and I can’t wait for him to experience this. I love the collective energy at a Tori Amos concert.

I fancied Tori Amos once 🥳 when I was 17 😀😁🤓
I weren't alone!
She used to play in a piano bar by Baltimore Airport. Way back in the day.
Fucking wow
She must have been a rebel back in the classroom, never proper sit down. Shes got that kind of craziness that could have been my perfect partner
Didnt expect an all male crowd..
She is a modern female Rachmaninoff
Brilliant live performance. It's being sung in a key or two lower than the original but that's normal as people age.
This is actually the original key believe it or not. She's not hitting all the high vocal notes, but she's almost 60 so can't blame her. She still sounds great.
I think it is the original key
Nope and nope

@@TimBracken why would you? I pointed my phone at a concert, I must protect my art!
