patient with pneumonia will be quite sick for only a few days and apparent. They develop fluid after the pneumonia. We can take a sample from that fluid to confirm along with ultrasounds and or chest X-ray.
Pneumonia ke patients bohat zyada sakhat benar ho jaten hai aur jaldi sick ho jaten hain. fluid ka sample be kaafi helpful hota hai. Chest xray aur ultrasound ke kafi had tak rahnami kartay hain.
Lung cancer causes slow buildup of fluids and patients are not that acutely sick as of patients with pneumonia. cancer looks different on imaging usually and diagnostic sample from the fluid can confirm it to be due to cancer.

One of the reason of fluid buildup around the lungs could be cancer spread from elsewhere, like in this case could be from breast cancer.
