The Ultimate Toddler Garbage Truck Adventure | Slimy and Squishy Garbage Truck Fun. Yay, Playtime!

We’re thrilled to be back, bringing you more exciting garbage truck playtime. Join us on today’s adventure, packed with #creativeplay ideas that might inspire your toddler's recycling and garbage play at home.
Our first activity features the #Tonka slime garbage truck. In this video, we've used the slime that came with the truck, but we’ve also experimented with various types of slime in our other play sessions and they work too - the possibilities are endless! We get our fingers slimy and add in some coloured rice and beans to make for some enjoyable sensory trash truck play. Watch as we pretend to dump toxic waste into the toy dumpsters, it's so much fun.
Next up is one of Billy's all-time favourite games - "Sort that Garbage". We play this rubbish game several times a week. We've gathered different types of rubbish into a big bucket, which Billy then sorts into various mini sulo bins. It's an uncomplicated game that provides hours of fun for garbage loving littlies.
Once we've sorted out all of our trash into the different mini bins, it's time to get creative again, but this time with our Play Doh garbage truck. We take our different coloured Play Doh and squish it onto the sides of the garbage truck to make squishy, coloured trash that Billy can throw into his mini bin. It's a great way to use our imagination and create our very own colourful garbage.
Our last stop for the day is a trip out into the field to check on our cattle. Recently one of our drinking stations broke, so we need to drive out into the paddock to make sure the cattle have enough water. On the way, we spot our favourite little calf, Cream, who’s very curious about what’s happening inside the car.
