to know things like love~
if you haven't watched the politician please do. these two broke my heart. they loved each other but they were both so scared and busy with different things. our generation is so fucked up. everyone is stressed over the future, over jobs, education. everyone wants to be great and succeed, and sometimes it's for us but most of the time it's because of the pressure the world puts on all of us that we "have to do big things to matter." we're all scared and most of us are strong but people get tired of being strong. i know i get tired of having to be strong all the time. but we're all so scared of being vulnerable. why? because if we cry, we're weak. if we're depressed, we're lazy. if we're anxious, we need to calm down. if we love, we fear abandoment. if we want to kill ourselves we can't talk about it. in this world we get judged for feeling too much, we get judged for being human. so most people choose to pretend to be okay when we're really not. until we can't take it anymore and stop working like computers. that's how this world acts, so robotic. like we're all programmed to work the same way and if you don't or can't then you just simply shut down because you "have to be fixed and can't". i don't like it, i don't get it. if you're reading this, please remind yourself that it's okay to feel. we all want happiness and love but feeling pain and sadness is also valid. talk about it or don't, just feel. recently I've been feeling a lot and sometimes it's too much it gets to the point i want to stop existing. but when i let myself cry, be angry or just let whatever i feel, take over i feel so much better than when i get mad at myself for feeling. it's not easy, it's actually really hard to just feel but i do it anyways. when you want to cry do it, be mad, and when you're happy or in love feel it and live it. show it while and when you can. let the people you care about, your loved ones know that you love them. we all die and one day it might be too late.

Your words in the description are so true. I'm a very emotional person so I related to River's character. It hurts when you constantly feel so much all at once but at least you're feeling. ❤
i related to river a lot too. and when he said he feels so much and there just wasn't enough positive emotion to balance it out it hurt me because I'm always trying my hardest to stay positive but I'm scared one day I'll get too tired and there won't be enough positive for me to be able to keep going. it's a scary thought but it's valid and right now i am okay with feeling because there's people who can't feel anything at all.
Yessss i've always thought im the only one feeling this way. Thanks for existing and letting me know i'm not alone :)
