    I see a lot of people buy shelf corporations and get lots of credit with them it just depends on ho you do it.

    • @CreditSuite
      @CreditSuite  2 года назад +1

      Thank you for watching our Video Gerald. We don't really recommend buying shelf corporation because Shelf corporations re-age with the new owner and with the re-aging of the company it is essentially starting a new business. However in a situation where there is a corporate structure change example from a sole proprietorship or a partnership to a corporation, banks can (and often times do) look back on the previous operations and use that as qualifiers.

      Thanks for watching Erick. Here is how to check the NAICS codes to make sure your business isn't being categorized as High Risk or Restricted.
      1) Search for your business type at www.naics.com/search/
      2) In a separate tab cross reference the NAICS code with their list of High Risk and Restricted codes at r7j8i9x2.rocketcdn.me/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/NAICS-ASSOCIATION-High-Risk-and-Cash-Intensive-NAICS-Codes-List.pdf

    If I wanted to start a private rental car business, what code would I go under to avoid funding denial? I'm aware that automotive dealing is considered high risk but it is something that I want to do.

    • @CreditSuite
      @CreditSuite  Год назад +2

      Thanks for watching our video. If that's the industry you want to venture to and your correct NAICS code really falls under "High Risk Category" then it is okay. High risk does not mean you can't get funding, it will be just more stringent when it comes to requirements and qualifications. If that's the case you might want to focus on strengthening your Fundability™ Foundation, Build Business Credit and Personal Credit, Business Revenue, and all other factors that will be looked at by Lenders and Credit Issuers.
