currently going through their full albums for the first time (ive only heard Plug In Baby, and Knights of Cydonia before this album) and I really thought this came out 2010/2011 at the very earliest. a few of the songs even give me feelings of some current 2022 artists who I feel are at the top of their game creatively and progressively from a musical standpoint, it's the type of work to really push music forward as a whole. the lyrics and cadences are unique to a point I havent heard since I discovered Dijon (a much newer artist, it's very possible he was inspired by this band) and it's just such a breath of fresh air. im unbelievably excited to go through the rest of their albums, i expect this band to easily be in my top 3 soon

And Sadly the muse that exists today is a caricature of its former self. as if they decided to play a prank and they never let the joke up. simple pop electronica garbage
It’s been over a decade since I was teenager listening to this on my CD player mowing the lawn. I’m in my thirties now with a life and this album is just as amazing as the first day I found it. I’ll still be listening to it when I’m 80 if I make it that far.
I think its more so the fact that a lot more people are waking up to the reality of whats REALLY going on in our society and with humanity as a whole and gaining broader and more wholistic perspectives. People are seeing more clearly and awakening to the truth way more rapidly than ever due to the recent/current circumstances and also due to the rapid spread of information via the internet. ))) & I'm so glad to see it! Its really something to celebrate! . ))) *Welcome, Ladies and Gentlemen to the most exciting and eventful time to be alive in human history!* We have SOOO much more power than most people realize. This Earth, our beautiful home planet can be almost like "Eden" if we choose it, and Eden has enough to go around folks. I assure you that that is true! This planet and this environment supports our very existence after all. We are not apart from nature. We are a part of it! We literally ARE nature! Based on extremely significant experiences I've had personally, I believe wholeheartedly that as long as life exists, we will always be a part of that life force..not to mention the DNA we pass on through generations and the impact we make here on Earth while we're alive, which makes a HUUUGE difference in this world if we really think about it. Simply smiling at a stranger could possibly change their whole day around, maybe even cause them to change their mind and choose to keep on living another day. And, in that case, everyone that person affects from then on and everyone they all affect and so on end up in some way being affected by that one smile.. What an opportunity to have a human experience. If we can think beyond just our own life and live for the whole human race and life itself, we can do almost anything imaginable. The opportunities are literally ENDLESS. We could end up exploring Space far and wide if we want to, inner and outer, and Its our choice. Wake up to this truth, Humanity. Both energy and matter can neither be created nor destroyed. And we exist infinitely and eternally. So let's choose to make this existence more interesting and fun! I'm not saying it'll be easy, but we CAN do it. & The change starts now, with you and I.. Lets do this!!
