As a Chinese, living and working in the Philippines, I have been experiencing verbal criticism from others during the covid 19 outbreak, some mentioning that me and my family are part of virus and other hurtful attacks, at least Mr. Wil Dasovich keeps me from believing and hoping that one day, in the Philippines, one's race wouldn't matter that much cause we are all human beings after all. I Suffered depression because of the accident happend to my parents that caused them their life i was only 13 years old. Hindi mo pala aakalin na nag tatawanan lang kayo kahapon, tapos yun na pala ang huling samahan nyo. I Attempted to take my life because of the depression, That keeps me awake every night. Pero hindi ko magawa because i have this fear of dying, Hindi ko na alam kung anong gagawin. But Watching your videos give's me courage to carry my balls up, And break from the prison of The past. And now im 21 doing what i love (Gaming) and living my days better, Earned a job of being a Seaman. I always fear for my sickly mother who I keep an eye on for years. To be honest, I've been exhausted physically, emotionally and mentally for a very long time, but I'm not complaining. During this pandemic outbreak, I make sure to take extra precautions whenever I go outside for errands so that she will have no chance of contracting the virus from me. As a sole provider (for my mom), I see to it that I can provide to her all of her needs. Never did I realize, until now, the kind of strength that developed in me. That "fear" drove me to be a better version of myself and made me a career person, for the person/people counting on me. I also learned to save for in this times of urgency, etc. Through past experiences, I believe I'm making wise decisions since. Fear became the vehicle of this "courage" that was left unnoticed for years. To my God whom I put my faith, thank you Lord for Your wisdom. Thank you Wil for this. Keep this kind of optimism infectious.

Life has thought me ever since I had Ulcerative Colitis and received treatment 2 years ago: "Living a fulfilling life means risking yourself to go through adversity and uncertainty and overcoming all of them." Also, people always fear what they don't understand and so I appreciate all the vlogs Wil did in the treatment, so that people can understand it and overcome their fears.

I have a good friend in Manila who I’ve worked with who just had an incident happen, I know that she has the biggest heart of anyone I know, but things were not communicated properly, resulting in backlash. Life has thought me ever since I had Ulcerative Colitis and received treatment 2 years ago: "Living a fulfilling life means risking yourself to go through adversity and uncertainty and overcoming all of them."

Great job again Wil. Super good caring information. Myself I get my yearly Cancer (Torpedo Tube) PET Scan April 21st. I guess with me it's a controlled fear of what the result will be. My faith in God makes it easier though as my family knows. I'm a 69 year old health nut like you. Keep it up as it makes life more enjoyable and less stressful. God Bless young man and take care. For someone who always try to look at different perspectives, sometimes you become the middle ground (between rich and poor, religion, political views, etc) and end up being attacked by both parties. You can't please everyone. Doing your best to become positive amidst everything, and sometimes you stand alone because you are surrounded by toxicity. We have our own battles, spread kindness. Stay healthy and safe, everyone.
Yes! Positivity. Empathy. Spread kindness. Everyone's on edge, angry, fearful, hateful. When we see news or content that someone is infected or makes a mistake the 'mob' goes after them. It's like we're looking to blame someone for our misery or who's at fault for all of this. But all the negativity won't help especially to our immune system. Be kind. Build don't destroy. Empathy, gratitude, kindness. 💪💯🙏💙
