They even got to try the foundation and all her items before but before leaving that room they all had to take the stuff out of their face. So pretty much it was a hush hush thing or u would get fired and sued. She also said that no one was getting P.r because Rihanna wanted to be the face of her line she didn't want no RUclipsr to show anything before her .

The foundation is a water foundation so when it sets on the skin the water evaporates which is why the color changes. Not exactly oxidizing but more just setting into the face if that makes sense?
Britt Whalen i would like to know if anyone with actual acne prone skin and textured skin if this foundation looked good and didn’t cause further breakouts.. all of these youtubers have perfect skin it’s hard to see if the foundations are going to work.😞
@@lucyfer3022 i'm not a youtuber but i hope you'll still hear me out... I have cystic acne and lots of oil bumps on my face and honestly this foundation saved my face lol. My skin doesn't look as textured with this foundation, though if you step up close to ny face you can still see the acne and bumps. The foundations lasts me about 4 hours before i need to touch up again, but it doesn't bother me much. As for breakouts, i can't say the foundation doesn't cause that because i clean my skin really well after removing it and i don't think any of my acne is due to the foundation. It might have to do with how your own skin reacts to it, so if you get breakouts from it, i'd say it's because you might be allergic to some of the ingredients or some other reason. Hope this helps!

I sincerely appreciate a girl who has just as oily skin as I do. I thought I was alone. I've come to realize we will never be able to stop the oil production and that we can only use products like this that will hold up through it. So going to be buying this foundation.

I feel like the foundation isn't really oxidizing so much as it changes to its final colour as it sets. I didn't notice the colour changed at all after it fully set (i noticed the same on the shades I have- 100 and 110. Once they have fully set they don't change colour ). And the little pictures of the colour on the tube looks like the final set colour, rather than the wet colour- so i feel the set colour is the final colour it is meant to be.

I love this foundation. Cant do total full coverage with it because it oxidises like crazy. But looks amazing with a thin appliaction. One of my fave foundations! Looks fantastic on you!

I think it's so cool that we're both in the shade 290, despite our difference in ethnicity!! I'm an American with Khmer, Chinese, and Vietnamese roots and I have an olive undertone that I find to be really difficult to match with foundations. The shade 290 fits my skin so perfectly and I love the way it wears throughout the day, I feel like a goddess. I think it looks especially nice since I don't have pores, texture, or significant discoloration but my bare face can definitely look dull and tired. The foundation makes me look alive and works really well as a base for my other makeup products. Anyways, thanks for the great review Nikkia!! 💖

I have oily skin and I’ve noticed that many of the foundations I have used tend to melt and get cakey looking on my face after around a few hours of having it on (approximately 2 hours when applied heavy and 4 when light). I’ve been thinking about getting this primer and foundation, and after seeing your review, I’m definitely going to end up trying this one!
I just picked this foundation up and I have combo skin. This blows away all the other new 2022 release foundations. I really suggest you try this. I love it! It looks so beautiful on me.

Nikkia, you always look beautiful, but this foundation - *damn, girl!* I wonder how it'd hold up with an oil controlling primer underneath? 🤔 That truly ended up being one of the best color matches I've seen on you, and the close ups looked phenomenal. My skin is dry/combo so this foundation scares the crap out of me.
For dry/combo skin the foundation will still work well as long as you properly moisturize before applying and maybe even swap out for a different moisturizing primer as well (although I've heard the fenty primer has a degree of moisturizing qualities on its own)
elaineweaver12 which probably why it made me so oily. I tried the primer with foundation I was so oily it was nasty. I'll try again with a different primer only because the fenty foundation is the first to ever match me perfectly

I had that very oily skin problems all my life long. The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Serum changed my skin so much! Im not oily anymore. Its worth a try! For all you oily people 💕

I've been looking at a few videos on RUclips and the Fenty ones on Instagram, and apparently the foundation doesn't oxidise it "dries down". So when it dries to the matte finish then the colour looks like it has got slightly darker (but only because it's dried - if that makes sense). Just thought I'd let you know :)

I don't know if this is accurate or not-- but I feel like the only difference that I saw in reference to the primed and unprimed sides of your face was that your under eye area looked more flawless and even on the primed side. This is one of the best reviews I've seen. I'm an oily girl and so this was very helpful. I was considering buying the blotting powder just because I like novelty of the matching brush that is magnetic and clicks into the opening but now I know the powder actually performs well I have to have it!
Too Faced won't send to GoSend, same goes for Hourglass ☹️ have tried multiple times and they cancel the order after it goes through. On another note...I'm so glad I'm not the only one who's blotting papers look completely soaked in oil and I'm nearly 40! 😝
Finally a youtuber that is ACTUALLY as oily as I am. The struggle is real trying to find a foundation that can withstand the brunt force of all the oil my face produces throughout the day. I really need to try this foundation! Thank you for your help! :)
First i only bought the foundation and yes it oxidizes quite a lot so go a shade or two down. First i used it on itself and it looked nice but it was a little bit more harder to spread on the face. After that i used it with a normal primer (nyx angel veil) and with that it looked horryfing. Cakey mess. 2 weeks after that i bought the primer and it looked perfect in combination with it. So my thoughts you either wear it alone or with the fenty primer (in my opinion these two are meant to go toghether lol)

Nikkia have you tried the smashbox primer stick?? It says it's supposed to control shine for 12 hours but I have extremely oily skin so I didn't buy it for that (becuase almost nothing helps) but Omg it blurs my pores like no other, and I have pores that you can see from space!! Lol but I also have a lot of texture and I swear it smoothes out my face so nicely

I have super oily skin just like you. I have struggled finding make up to help with it. After watching this review I went and splurged on fenty make up and oh my god!!! It has saved my skin! Yes I still get a little oily but the blotting papers and the blotting powder are life savers! I would definitely recommend it as well

When I wear that foundation on its own it's super amazing but when I miss it with the double wear it's even more amazing like times 💯 I swear to you the two mixed I will never go back to singles lol. I can not stress enough it super is budge proof! When I say I'm an oil sister that means by the time I reach 45 mins and you can already see my oil and those two I can get 12 hours and barely any oil shows 😍

I always look forward to your reviews, Nikkia! I bought this foundation in 260 Medium Neutral and I'm quite impressed, mainly with how it actually feels like I'm wearing nothing on the skin and how easy it is to blend in. I wore it to work today from around 8am to 5pm and I did notice some fading around the 4pm mark but it lasted pretty well throughout the day with a mattifying primer (I have combo-oily skin). It's definitely not Double Wear levels of longevity and oil control (still the gold standard for long-wearing makeup), but it's a nice everyday alternative - Double Wear can feel a little too heavy on me so I don't wear it for daily makeup.
I know you emptied your bank account for this, but that's one HUGE reason I trust this review as opposed to other gurus (Jeffery star) who were handed to product on a silver platter.

I think it's so cool that we're both in the shade 290, despite our difference in ethnicity!! I'm an American with Khmer, Chinese, and Vietnamese roots and I have an olive undertone that I find to be really difficult to match with foundations. The shade 290 fits my skin so perfectly and I love the way it wears throughout the day, I feel like a goddess. I think it looks especially nice since I don't have pores, texture, or significant discoloration but my bare face can definitely look dull and tired. The foundation makes me look alive and works really well as a base for my other makeup products. Anyways, thanks for the great review Nikkia!! 💖

One of the best makeup reviews ever! I have oily skin and I’ve noticed that many of the foundations I have used tend to melt and get cakey looking on my face after around a few hours of having it on (approximately 2 hours when applied heavy and 4 when light). I’ve been thinking about getting this primer and foundation, and after seeing your review, I’m definitely going to end up trying this one!

Can you mention how it worked with a different primer in the video you post about the highlighter if you haven't recorded it yet
For dry/combo skin the foundation will still work well as long as you properly moisturize before applying and maybe even swap out for a different moisturizing primer as well (although I've heard the fenty primer has a degree of moisturizing qualities on its own)
elaineweaver12 which probably why it made me so oily. I tried the primer with foundation I was so oily it was nasty. I'll try again with a different primer only because the fenty foundation is the first to ever match me perfectly

Angie Ramos peach foundation is so good..got 2 differ samples last two dayz to figure out my color..looks beautiful on skin and even got compliments..i used it with glo mineral mattifying primer..i think new hg

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Serum changed my skin so much! Im not oily anymore. Its worth a try! For all you oily people 💕
I've watched a few reviews on this foundation and so far yours is the best!!!! I'm also veeerry oily and so far I'm in love with this foundation. I've stayed pretty matte all day, the foundation has not broken apart in areas that it ALWAYS does with other foundations, this stuff is amazing. And now I'm very interested in buying that nifty blotting compact!

I've been looking at a few videos on RUclips and the Fenty ones on Instagram, and apparently the foundation doesn't oxidise it "dries down". So when it dries to the matte finish then the colour looks like it has got slightly darker (but only because it's dried - if that makes sense). Just thought I'd let you know :)

I don't know if this is accurate or not-- but I feel like the only difference that I saw in reference to the primed and unprimed sides of your face was that your under eye area looked more flawless and even on the primed side. This is one of the best reviews I've seen. I'm an oily girl and so this was very helpful. I was considering buying the blotting powder just because I like novelty of the matching brush that is magnetic and clicks into the opening but now I know the powder actually performs well I have to have it!

Finally a youtuber that is ACTUALLY as oily as I am. The struggle is real trying to find a foundation that can withstand the brunt force of all the oil my face produces throughout the day. I really need to try this foundation! Thank you for your help! :)
First i only bought the foundation and yes it oxidizes quite a lot so go a shade or two down. First i used it on itself and it looked nice but it was a little bit more harder to spread on the face. After that i used it with a normal primer (nyx angel veil) and with that it looked horryfing. Cakey mess. 2 weeks after that i bought the primer and it looked perfect in combination with it.
So my thoughts you either wear it alone or with the fenty primer (in my opinion these two are meant to go toghether lol)

Nikkia have you tried the smashbox primer stick?? It says it's supposed to control shine for 12 hours but I have extremely oily skin so I didn't buy it for that (becuase almost nothing helps) but Omg it blurs my pores like no other, and I have pores that you can see from space!! Lol but I also have a lot of texture and I swear it smoothes out my face so nicely

I have super oily skin just like you. I have struggled finding make up to help with it. After watching this review I went and splurged on fenty make up and oh my god!!! It has saved my skin! Yes I still get a little oily but the blotting papers and the blotting powder are life savers! I would definitely recommend it as well

When I wear that foundation on its own it's super amazing but when I miss it with the double wear it's even more amazing like times 💯 I swear to you the two mixed I will never go back to singles lol. I can not stress enough it super is budge proof! When I say I'm an oil sister that means by the time I reach 45 mins and you can already see my oil and those two I can get 12 hours and barely any oil shows 😍

I always look forward to your reviews, Nikkia! I bought this foundation in 260 Medium Neutral and I'm quite impressed, mainly with how it actually feels like I'm wearing nothing on the skin and how easy it is to blend in. I wore it to work today from around 8am to 5pm and I did notice some fading around the 4pm mark but it lasted pretty well throughout the day with a mattifying primer (I have combo-oily skin). It's definitely not Double Wear levels of longevity and oil control (still the gold standard for long-wearing makeup), but it's a nice everyday alternative - Double Wear can feel a little too heavy on me so I don't wear it for daily makeup.
I know you emptied your bank account for this, but that's one HUGE reason I trust this review as opposed to other gurus (Jeffery star) who were handed to product on a silver platter.

Lol my bloating paper comes out the same. other really good bloating paper is the ones from sephora collection and they are really cheap and comes like 100 papers.
