With the spices you used to marinate the chicken, i can't just help but imagine how delish it'll taste Mrs M, would you recommend i use star anise in jollof rice?
Oh it tasted Absolutely delicious! Like mindblowing! And yes use it in EVERYTHING! For jollof place one or two in the oil and let it slowly heat up before you add onions and then smoked/boiled and blended pepper and tomato mix and fry for a bit, add rice, fry with just jollof sauce, this allows the rice to fully absorb al the deliciousness then add water and at this point, slow cooking till it’s done. I promise if you follow this steps, you will taste the most amazing jollof you cooked yourself! ❤️❤️❤️🦋
