Heres a solution to all your problems, dont be in a polyamorous relationship. Theyre far more trouble than theyre worth and on the 5% chance you have a perfect cohabitation going on, you get stories like these were partners inevitably compare one another. Either out of spite or "jokes" if you can't commit yourself to someone, dont date. FWB exist if that's what you're looking for because all i see is two people playing house while they screws others.

This is more of an open relationship then a poly relationship. The difference is in an open the couple has their own partners outside there relationship and their partners are not in a relationship with the other partner. Poly is is every is in a relationship with everyone, example- a married couple has someone they both have a romatic/sexual relationship with. There is nothing g wrong with poly relationships. Open relationships are a hit or miss.

This wasn't even a poly relationship, this guy sounds like a weak man who was just emotionally manipulated into an open relationship.
She was getting what she wanted from him and those other guys but he was never getting the same.
Her discussion with FWB were likely her real feelings for this guy because no woman is actually attracted to a weak man
Those rules that she was breaking were meant for him and not her. Besides this weakling was allowing other men to bang his wife so why would any woman respect such a man enough to follow those so called rules. Its like someone allowing me to punch him because I just feel like it sometimes but he later trying to set up rules about me hitting him where he doesnt want to be hit (you are already enough of a b**ch to let me hit you so I might as well hit you however I want because you won't do anything even if I do)
The only thing about the qualities that he said about her that benefits him is that she was sleeping with him (its nothing to even brag about). Not only was she giving the same thing to other men who put in less effort than OP to receive it he can get the same thing from other women but he is too love struck to see it. Other men are bragging about how their women wake up in the middle of the night to cook for them, how they buy them PS5's, support them even financially in their businesses and the only thing he gets from her is xxx which other women can give him but he still thinks that she is a good woman (she wouldnt even give him kids probably because she doesnt want kids with him because he is a weak man.
He would have been better off dating a h00ker, yes she would still screw otheren and yes he would have to still spend money on her. But a h00ker would atleast have the dignity to make other men to get it but his wife was giving it away for free and the h00ker would cook, clean and even have his kids if he paid her enough.
OP needs to begin his journey of self improvement which starts with going to the gym

I don’t care what adults do in the privacy of their own homes, but ENM relationships where the adults have children isn’t always a good idea, particularly when the children are little. It can often cause the kids a myriad of emotional problems, even when ENM is done correctly.
As a side note, a good friend of my parents grew up in hippy commune where his parents had a very open relationship. He hated growing up that way because it effed him up emotionally. He’s the most anal retentive person I’ve ever met and has always had a lot of relationship problems. All his siblings have also had serious intimate relationship problems throughout their lives.

Morally, I have nothing against open or poly relationships. If everyone is consenting and you can make it work, more power to you.
But it needs to be said that marriage and polyamory just. Don’t. Mix. Like, by definition, the very concepts are completely in opposition.
Edit: OP’s girlfriend in Story 2; my god, are there any good women left these days? Like, _any?_ *_At all??_*

Thank you I just made a comment myself saying non-monogamy is not meant for marriage, you could be incredibly “committed” dating partners, but never while being married it’s just never going to work

    • @MrAlexanderLang
      @MrAlexanderLang 7 месяцев назад

Morals don't exist so i don't see how morals are point of view anyway, humans are cruel, vicious, lying, lustful, selfish, ignorant creatures and we live under liberalism (praised be holy liberalism) which promotes and spreads these vices far and wide currently our civilization is Liberal organized as collaboration between warring tribes consisting of atomized malignant individuals which encourage human primal behavior to resurface showing you exactly who and what humans are, in such a civilization morals are relative since liberalism promotes individual choice and consent above everything else in other words individual itself which is by nature independent and rejects notion of interconnectedness (which is required for any relationship to work and denying nature of individual is factually inaccurate) and so every individual is left to choose on their own but illusion is that there is no such thing as free choice and consent doesn't exist it's just a word we use to justify consequences be them positive or negative. Polarization that people talk about isn't a bug in this system, it's its core liberalism IS polarization it's a feature it serves a purpose.

Husband agrees to be a cuck with 'rules'; wife treats him like a cuck and doesn't respect him enough to follow the rules they agreed upon. I'm utterly shocked. Ethical non-monogomy, SMH.
She got off on degrading him, then lied and said it was the other guy who wanted it. Then admits she sought out his friends and coworker because, obviously, it was actually her who got off on degrading him.

Story 1: I don't know what happened to me but the moment OP said they were in an open relationship, I immediately stopped listening and hated both the wife and OP. I do not like the concept of open marriages as it isn't a real marriage and because these kinds of situations are extremely common with open relationships.

Story 1: Can't bring myself to care much about OP here since they're in an open relationship so as far as I am concerned any L taken was asked for. Most people can't probably handle these relationships so this is not surprising in the least.
Story 2: I hope OP enjoys his last days and cuts that woman out of his life. She cheated while he was in the hospital and expects sympathy from a dying man. She had an out and should have taken it so she could move on. Why even bother telling him she cheated at that point is the question. The man is dying so she could have just dropped the relationship to friends and enjoyed his last days with him while sleeping with all the guys she wants.

ENM is not poly it’s open but within limits also it should have been a hard line to both the wife and husband about eithers partners talking crap on their spouse in any manner I’m sure if the tables were flipped she’d have been just as upset about it as he was or even more to me that’s just selfish now these kinds of relationships can work if the partners have a strict set of rules and protocols to follow and do so with each person they are with and if it works for them then no one else’s opinions matter it was terrible that she did that but outside of that there was nothing wrong with what she was doing as it fit their stipulations for acceptance

"I wanna have kids but I also wanna have sex with other girls that are not my wife" what world is this guy living in? Wtf makes him think he can have children and be in an open marriage? What even is the point of an open marriage just stay single at that point if you're gonna marry someone you are literally telling them you are devoting yourself to them and then you just basically say "nah I actually wanna fuck other girls" these relationships never even work out anyway and when they do one person or the other just doesn't have their heart in it.

Story 1: ENM relationship. Nothing more needs to be said. You brought it on yourself.
Story 2: It's like they say, "good people die young." What a saint of a man. I can see why he has such a solid support system and everyone around him absolutely loves him. She had to do it. She had to ruin his last few years on Earth with her selfishness and disregard for her boyfriend, even after having an out. Wow.
