They are rare! I only spotted a few of them in that one alley. I am not to sure about the green bin distribution. They have them for some commercial stops for food waste. Hopefully residential gets them soon.

Awesome finding an alley with recycle Toters! Aren't those rare? What route day is this? Aren't they supposed to get green bins with that new law too?

I assume those purple-lidded Toters were the dominant recycling bins back in the days before the purple bins came around.
