Once you accept and immerse yourself in your fears, critical thoughts and traumas. And you just let them run. How do you know that your analysis, your outcome, your deduction or final result of that experience is correct? Thanks 👍
Hey! I believe there is no right outcome which suits everyone, as everyone comes from their unique experience. However, I noticed 2 traits which people tend to feel when letting go (they happen naturally, no need to control or force them) First of all, it is a feeling of physical and emotional relief. Again, everyone has their unique way to feel this relief. Usually it is a feeling of a pleasant emptiness on the spot where tension used to be. This tension arises when we run from our thoughts (even negative thoughts) and sensations - metaphorically it is as if instead of feeling them we choose to bury them inside at some place of our body or even the whole body, and the tension arises there. When you let go, you feel this tension coming out, and for some it may come with emotional or physical pain and a great relief afterwards. Secondly, after you become open to experience the buried to let it go and have your first experience, you may feel some sort of joy / enthusiasm about the method of letting go. You will realise that although you might feel some pain, this pain can't cause damage or harm, it is just a symptom of relief. And then you cease to fear the pain and negative thoughts because you have proven yourself there is nothing to fear. Once you stop fearing the thoughts and the experiences within your body, you stop running from them. And THEN people usually become deeply interested in exploring their body, mind etc to let all the past and traumas go. And then to introduce some positive practices. This is a marvelous experience of finding a great source of invulnerability, happiness and power within. Hope that helps friend 👍 All the love
There are a lot of marvelous resources one can find for guided meditation 👍 I could really recommend Jashumeen (she has a RUclips channel) The meditation I was doing wasn't guided though. I was just with myself and my thoughts. The only voice and music I listened to was one of my thoughts'. All it takes is just relax and let all the stored energies (thoughts, traumas, emotions etc) come to the surface. Then you just be with them - no running, no arguing, just pure acceptance.
Hey! :)
Do you find this helpful?

Thank you, it was helpful! I do believe in the power of letting go, but sometimes it’s as if we forget it completely!
Yeah, to be free we have to be aware, to be aware we have to remember. I am glad it helped. All the love :)

What sort of meditation did you do though? If there's something you can link that'd be great
