While I would never down vote one of these vids,just for the amount of effort that goes into them. I find single car racing to be,well kinda boring. To me four cars on the track are the best races. These ones I'm in no rush to watch.

OMG that finish on that car is IMMACULATE and the distinction between the headlights, grill and mouldings is STRIKING. That paint job must have cost a FORTUNE!!! Hoping that it doesn't take too much damage in this BRUTALLY physical racing series. What a piece of machinery!
I love the point system, but I also would love to see each racer's time. Would it make sense to rank them first by points, then by time?
Does someone make a timer that could record cars at different heights of the track?
Like if 2 guys tie, then whoever has a better time wins.
@@lompochorsleys Sure there are solutions for that. Small light curtains hidden in the finish line scaffolding for example. These technical things aren't foreign concept to 3D as we already saw optically gated lap timers on his tracks.
I would like time included in some way too, please!

Love it when a bit of thought goes into the names. Ryu from Street Fighter, the Alonso/Torres combo from the Spain/Liverpool teams of 2008, etc. .
Even if those are not the names' origins, it adds an extra dimension by keeping us double-guessing.

It might. That was a prototype, so it is just the bodywork.
Well if we look at the already teased Lancia 037, it wouldn't likely have the Martini racing livery. Most likely, they will change it up a little, just like the 037
Considering Hot Wheels is a kid's toy, they won't put Martini on the car but they might do a livery inspired by it.
It’ll probably have HW racing motifs, but hopefully they’ll get inspiration from the old Lancia rally cars of the period. I would also love to see the Automobili Amos Lancia Delta Futuristas version 😍

I think the MR2 (or as they say in France, the 'Merde') is technically classed as mid-engined.

1st place Escort Rally made one hell of a finishing jump and nailed the landing too, a joy to watch a real contender in action would have really loved a course time too but either way much respect for the course builder the event managers and of course the unsung heros, the marshals for keeping eveyone safe.

Imagine the Lancia had as bad of a crash on the first lap as McClyde.
No way... McClyde (R.I.P.) fell off a cliff... at speed... not even close to the same.
I am actually not sure if some races aren’t „rigged“ by now to a certain extend to tell a better story. Not that this would be such a bad thing as this delivers spectacular races and entertainment but the chances that the Fiero actually won or the head to head race in the last DRC felt too perfect to actually be just coincidence.
