I am not using the Hot Tub this year as we will be away on holidays more hopefully. I am based Bury UK ,, you can purchase filter black box from me our,, I bought it from Homebase store. All you have to do is cut both holes and drill some holes in the bottom part for drainage when you clean Filter. Place foam pad insulation around the pump and on the lid ,,can be stuck on with double sided tape 3M.. The vent holes also act as an Air intake system. The floor is raised off the floor by the wheels, so it doesn't block the Air vents. Very easy DIY project. Please note the more water you put in or when you inflate the Tub,, the water pipes do move up and down slightly. Allow slightly bigger holes on the black box to cater for this movement..Hope this helps.

I wonder if sticking in some fat studio sound defuser tiles on all 6 sides would make it even quieter.
I think you can buy a spray foam sound deading that you could apply to the lid and the inside of the box once you made the cuts for the water pipes.

Water proof Air Pods can also solve the sound issue ;) Has anyone manufactured them yet ?
