It is a local dialect, I would assume trøndersk. You can't say bokmål or nynorsk to spoken language, because they are the two written forms of the spoken dialects and are only the attempt to satisfy all the various dialects within Norway! You speak your dialect and write in one of the two forms, sometimes with extra dialect forms! I really hope I could satisfy you with this answer!
