I used to housesit there a long time ago when I lived in LA for my best friend's sister. It was so beautiful. And also, the bears certainly showed up every now and then!
@MichellesSanctuary oh wow that's cool ,my dad use to Take us to big bear to fish 🐟 camp and play in the ❄️ snow in the winter, Big Bear will always be a favorite spot for the Ostrander's🥰 I live about an hr and half from big bear 🐻 now.❤️🥰

I love the A frame! It’s one of my with my puppies go to story. My biggest dog story struggle is trying to remember which ones have a pup in the story.. I basically play or rotate between the same five or six I know for sure. Because my dogs know your voice so well now and which ones I play every day that if I try to put on a different one I get side eye from the Pyrenees as he stomps off to a different room 😂. So every day it’s at least be or two of the same each day, I’m starting to be able to recite them by memory. Really though, I love that we came back to this cabin and I am extremely grateful that you share your healing words with me.
Oh I love this-- I had to get back to this cabin. It so often is the kind of place I daydream about when working or considering what I'd like this life to lead to. I think I did make an animal companion playlist but it probably doesn't include only dogs (some may have cats).

No, I don’t pay for RUclips premium and ads during your stories aren’t that prominent. They do become a nuisance during some of the other peoples videos of background sounds. Sometimes almost every 10 minutes.
Just finished this. I had a really good time being the designer of how my surroundings looked. I love the beauty of autumn and you painted its best qualities for me to enjoy. Ive never seen anyone complement the artwork that flips through as I listen. It helps me visualise so much better. I always enjoy the art.
After a long day of puppy wrangling I got a chance to listen to this last night. It was soothing to hear your liquid voice describe a peaceful and alluring place of comfort and serenity. I fell asleep awhile after the end which seemed to come too soon. Today while my puppy napped (thank goodness) I read the transcript and am amazed I missed so many details and whole sentences. I never liked swimming in lakes the mud rather then sand just felt creepy and the water had a strange fragrance compared to the sea of a pool. But I did enjoy the night swimming something I haven’t done in many years. Except taking dog out in past few days is like night swimming my yard is a pond from Ophelia.
Oh, yeah, I have to be careful around the ponding with Jack as he attempts to lead over them. Which he can do, but it's not great for the old guy's neck. It must have done its job getting you between wakefulness and sleep if you missed sentences. The lake near where I grew up imported some pretty fancy sand-- the local beach sand actually reminded me of Aruba. I'm a seaside gal, but those A-Frames on a lake have so much charm. Keep having fun with that puppy. Jack and I celebrated our 13 years together this month and I recall the misery of potting training him in the city with the weather that came that fall. But I live in scaffolding central now-- grateful for every place to duck under.
Hey i dont know if you "do requests" but I was thinking about a fall storm knocking hydro out and curling up with some old oil lamp light by a fire with a good book a pet and stormy weather to lull you to sleep. Something about loosing hydro to put you back to a simpler mindset without technology in the way. What do you think?

I find it to be pretty comfortable-- I've had trouble in the past with eye masks being too tight but this didn't put pressure on my eyes.
