Sir
I have a question.
If SSE General service working in TRD department for temporary/utilization basis.
Their lien & seniority maintains in General service.
For their presence in TRD JE can't not be promoted in that division because SSE GS fullfill in vacancy of SSE TRD.
Establishment section have no clear idea on this.
Kindly guide are they count in TRD vacancy as SSE TRD???

Sir, Is it mandatory that supernumerary post can be created only when one post is lying vacant to justify money value or since the decat employee is still on roll no need to keep any post vacant for mainraining supernumerary post

There is no need to keep the post vacant and there is no any connection with money value. Additional post is created for granting lien to medically decetagorised employee.

Sir ji one situation arise in my depo recently one ST emp came on one way transfer and joined in bottom seniority his category and earlier was working as OS in a period of 10 months.
In his category he was the 1st emp but all over he is junior most to other community emp.
Query is he eligible for promotion or not if he is eligible what criteria for promotion like as RBE order or any Circular you have please guide
