I had one of these cars in 1968 when I was at Randolph Air Force Base in Texas. I had to sell it as I had a Honda 450 motorcycle and had to take it to Indiana to store it while gone. I Loved the little Mayflower and wanted to keep it, but did not have the money to take both to Indiana. At the time the Motorcycle was worth more than the car so kept the motorcycle. The difference was the steering wheel of my car was on the left side of the car and not the right side as this car has.
Well done! You got her going after all those years. She looks in pretty good nick and I hope she gives you great pleasure as you get up to her former glory! Thanks for sharing.
I am in Queensland, just bought a Mayflower, love to chat.

Very easy car to convert left or right hand drive, all the body holes and brackets are there.
I would rather hear the engine than some irrelevant song.
Mayflowerlash
Shame about the music
I turned the sound off.
