Greetings It works, but I wouldn't recommend it. The reason is that braided line doesn't have enough elasticity to absorb the impacts of the carp fish running of with it. It can very easily result in doing a lot of damage to your setup, to the point of breakage if you're not careful. I would recommend using monofilament line or fluoro line. The latter is less visible but has less elasticity. Still, it's better than braided line, imho.
braided line is Finner tho so you can have more line, it way better at setting hooks and last longer. but that just from irl experience not know how realistic the game is tho
In RF4 it wears down your reel and rod very quickly,much quicker than the mono nylon.I,know ,in Belgium i too fish with braided line irl with pole and elastic and rod and reel but here it is only when you have a really heavy set up thzt you can iuse it without much repair costs,brother.
