Alexander, you're amazing!! God bless and take good care of yourself so you can continue to perform this beautiful concerto when you're in your 90's! We love you in the USA. =)
I wonder if he did an encore,,. And I don't know what it is , but I've been listening to piano concertos for 55 years, and somehow when he plays it sounds better, more refreshed, with a new sound to those old concertos,, he is so impressive,. Personally I think he's the reincarnation of F Liszt.
I watched Kissin and he was amazing. But we have forcseveral years this new young energetic lad I've watched since he was so small and now he's grown along with his passion which is astounding
Let’s talk about musicians by their performances; I personally think Alexander Malofeev is definitely one of the greatest pianists in the world today. Not just the technique astonishing me, but the way he interprets this very profoundly piece of music especially at his age.
Every time I am introduced to a new artist, I judge their character first and then their artistic capabilities . Alexander is, by far, one of the most honest, modest and humble pianists I've ever had the pleasure to listen to. The only one that comes close is Lugansky. If them two could have a child, the world would break. It'd be THAT OP.
This young musician is going to take over the classical scene during the 2050s. I am calling it right now. I feel so privileged to see this fresh and talented blood on this earth sent to entertain our polluted ears! God bless
Wow, what a spectacular final cadenza of Rach 3. Alexander masters this very wonderful and complex composition to such an extraordinary level. So impressive and an experience to never forget. He deploys the liric and dramatic moments in an unpresedented manner. So incredible and beautiful. To me this is a true milestone performance that he managed to achieve already at a young 17 Year of age.
@Lucius Setoyant: ??????? Explain your "messed up" comment. There's nothing "messed up" about him. You need help to clean up your "messed up" attitude toward people and life in general. Your negative comment only reflects you as a whole. Start looking in the mirror to see who is the real "messed up" thing. SMH
I absolutely adore this young Russian musical genius young man. He is a gift to the world. May God protect him and be near him always.
Sei speciale !!!!!!! Alessandra
Sin dudas deja su vida en cada interpretación

Fenomenale.., eccezionale! Bravooooooo! Il popolo russo e straordinario nella musica classica!!!
That was stunning!! Alexander Malofeev is surely, even at his young age, one of our very finest pianists.

Not only is he immensely talented, the aura he brings to the piano is uniquely his. 🎶

How
U
Feel ?
🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
#......браво !!!.....👍👧👍🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺
Pianista é pianista não tem pra ninguém
Was that a Piano Concerto or a full symphony? Either way, what a resounding end! Rachmaninoff was the piano genius! :)
He did a booty clap at the end
Where and when was this? Who's the conductor and which is the orchestra? Would've been useful to know.
No sheet music aswell
No soloist uses sheet music for a concerto unless it's just been written and there isnt enough time to learn the work before the performance.
Which performance was that?
アルゲリッチは強靭な腕だけで壮大なコーダを完璧に捌いていたぞ
Did he explode on the chair with Rach 3
Orchestra?
Take of time😂 But il admit it was epic ❤
