Don't over think or over complicate.. all u need is iec code and ask your supplier to do DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) u will receive products easily. For payments always pay through Ali baba trade assurance.. u can use ur credit card also... It's that simple

They will charge you duty 42 percent on 17000 inr even if your invoice value is 9000 for example
