This is such a great piece of music and here so full-hearted played, thank you very much for sharing your performance! It always pops up in my mind during this time of the year. There is so much grandeur, melancholy, joy and tenderness in it, it just makes me feel fulfilled to listen to it!
Thank you! If it makes you feel any better, there were a few harmonics in this one that I still feel like I didn't quite hit the center of, but I least got them out still I guess ^^; I guess my teacher never believed that you just can't get a harmonic, so I learned to do it consistently. She told me that Judy Loman used to sometimes make a mark with washable marker on the string to help remember where the marker is. Beyond that, I have a few tips: 1) Sadly just a lot of practice. Find the harmonic, then do it lots to memorize where it is. (Make sure to alternate with other material so you don't hurt yourself) 2) Start with the palm of your hand (the part that shortens the string and makes the harmonic) off the string, and hit it into the string as you play. This I find helps a lot to get them to sound. 3) Remember that harmonics will be in different spots depending on if your string is in flat, natural, or sharp! Hope that helps a little!
Leave it to Samantha to brighten your day with her music. Thank you very much *-*

I'm learning this at the moment. It's a nightmare, but it sounds nice when you play it.
This is very beautiful!
Thanks! :D
Divine chill christmas! It's so good vibes
Thank you! I like to think it's a bit of a break from all the super in-your-face Christmasy stuff we get in our sub boxes this time of year.

You're welcome! I like all your harp covers, especially "Howl's Moving Castle" ^.^

How'd you nail every single harmonic! I miss like... half of mine... and my teacher struggles with them, too, so... I'm kinda outta luck ;__;
