What process are you in right now?

The process of self-forgiveness (on one's own, or the couple I guess as one unit

@@JoelsTastyRide so so true Joel. (Laurel here) when I lash out or am impatient or hurt someone else, I can really beat myself up over it. even after forgiveness has already been given. Receiving it and letting go can be one of the hardest things to actually do! Appreciate your thoughts on that. 🙏

Such a good video! I love how real, and vulnerable you two are while showing your humility with grace. Life (even more so online life) isn't always sunshine and results, so it's refreshing to see the process and the real emotion that comes with it. Also the table and seed building look good 😄

Thanks Joel 🙏 I think we know on some level that online depictions of life are not the entirety of people's experience but subconsciously those are still the images and scenes we mentally carry and maybe compare ourselves to. Even this video doesnt display the full extend of the frustration that was felt so strongly in the moment. The more we can be honest about our struggles though, maybe we can bridge the gap. 🙏

This is a great video. The new layout was really smooth and I liked it a lot. Really good insights and a beautiful table. I agree completely that the process is almost completely overlooked these days. However it is something that absolutely cannot be overlooked or bypassed. As always my friends you are wonderful and I really enjoyed this.

Thanks Chad! It's so easy to get sucked into thinking things should be easy or want them to be. This has become our mantra lately as we journey and try new things. Thanks always for your support 🙏

I'm glad you understand, forgive and be patient enough. Life is not easy and some have to pay for their future and their lives. American Dream? It's everywhere. You don't have to go to the United States to make your dreams come true. It depends on how much we try to understand, forgive, and be patient. Until we grow up to today we have to learn a lot of things, even the best people must have been foolish before. Before food is delicious, it has to be cooked well and even if done correctly, not everyone can make it delicious. Good luck my friend.

      So true! Everyone starts somewhere.
And what a great analogy to food! There are many factors that must combine to achieve your dream-- perseverance, knowledge, luck, skill, timing, patience... all we can do is try and keep improving ourselves from the day before and trust the process.
Thank you for your comment Anurak🙏

Thanks for sharing your honest insights, you guys. Sounds like a big win for your marriage, and for each of you as individuals on journeys - of your own and together, respectively.
Bren, I hope you conquer your "fear of NOT looking like an idiot." Most people I know fear actually looking like one. 😂 I love that that's in the video, as it will remind me to make sure that I'm more concerned with authentically being in the process than how it looks to others. Not sure if I'll develop a fear of the absence of appearing idiotic altogether, (had to say it again, haha) but the humility, authenticity, strength, and character building that is involved in a process is what translates. :)
Laurel, I'm on a similar journey of learning to stand firm and speak up when I know that I have a good idea/strong intuition/knowledge that nobody realized I had/etc, especially among strong personalities, or in situations when someone else really does have a leadership position, but I really do have something worth sharing or contributing. I'm learning that although it is still important to me that what I bring to the "table" is received in the way that I intend, what's more important is that I courageously speak up and share, especially when it's hard or awkward. Knowing that I spoke up is almost more rewarding for me than the idea even being implemented. I'll admit, it's pretty sweet when both of those things happen, especially when I watch and idea get even better as others build together. :)
Nice job on the constructions, all! That table looks very nice, and Bren, I could feel your satisfaction in completing that. So cool the way your neighbour jumped in, and the wisdom and community you gained from that is priceless.
Much respect and much love to you guys! -Matt

Aw Matt thanks for sharing. Man is it a process to offer ideas and perspectives with grace. When that's a new skill we are trying to practice it can look pretty messy haha. I have a tendency to either not say anything or my ideas come across really strong and harsh. Still learning to find the middle ground there 😅 but regardless we strengthen our muscles to speak up and be seen even in our mess.
Praying you continue to have courage and confidence to authentically come to the "table" 😉

If you want to build with bamboo, you should cut the more than 1 year old shoot, cut it in summer so there is less sap inside, than let it in the water like the small canal you have for 2-6 month. That way it will last long , otherwise you will get mold and insect in less than a year.

Don't worry to ask your neighbors for help. Most Thai people will help you willingly.
The shortcut of doing something that has never been done, You should ask your neighbors for help. Some suggest how to do it. Some will take action to help you.
If i am your neighbor, I will help you with what you ask. This is Thai culture.
As a RUclipsr You may just film most or every step of the way you do.
