Dear, the total number of responses are 60 such as there is 5 section (A, B, C, D, E) and each section contains 12 responses. If a candidate responds correctly to all questions, he can get the highest marks, which are 60. In your case, 192 scores cannot be obtained. Please check the scoring again.

After getting percentile point, find out grades. Grades depend on percentile such as Grade 1 falls at 95+ percentile, grade 2 at 75+ percentile, Grade 3 at 25 percentile, garde 4 falls under 25 and grade 5 falls under 5 percentile. I have shared a slide of percentile and grades in this video.
IQ depends on grades. Grade 1= Intellectually superior Grade 2= Above average Grade 3= intellectually average Grade 4= below average Grade 5= intellectually defective

2nd way is correct. After subtracting we got 0. We do subtract discrepancy scores.
