The moral of the story is: you can be strong for your family. But if it begins to take a toll on you, don't be afraid to say anything. Let love lead the way.

This video hits home for me. Hits me right in my broken 💔 I lost my mother Nov. 17 2021 to a heart attack. Had to celebrate her birthday the next month; the 24th without her in the flesh. Hurt like Hell. Couldn't grieve everyday. Couldn't grieve how everyone wanted me to. Had to cry and grieve at different times. So in a way I understand how Kentrell felt. Especially when everything happens all at once. Let people cope in their own way. Let people deal with pain, cry, and grieve the best way they know how. I'm not saying it's cool to be on drugs but just support them as they support you. Yelling at them and shaming them because they aren't coping the same way you are only makes it worse. Like I said. Not all people grieve the same way.

Cantrell: *going through grief and putting up a front of not being affected in order to cope*
Chanel & Shelly: *decide the best course of action is to yell at him and shame him for not grieving properly by their standards*
Yes, Cantrell needed help, but yelling and shaming someone with mental health issues is not the way to help them.

Another moral should be is: Weather you're the oldest, youngest or the middle sibling you can still talk about your pain and cry about your grief. It's just a dumb stereotype for the oldest to be the tough one because they're older and they're known to be the bosses.

We thank You in advance for opening doors for all who need jobs, for healing the sick, and for keeping us and our loved ones safe from all harm, seen and unseen. We are depending on You, knowing that our help cometh from the Lord. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Being strong for your family is the best feeling you can have but sometimes it can be hard to stay strong because losing a loved one in the family is very heartbreaking. I stayed strong when i lost my baby boy, Jeremiah, but i broke down and cried for his passing because I couldn’t hold it in for long. After six months of my son’s death, i stayed strong because I’m a tough girl. I know I can overcome someone passing away because I’m a strong person. Always let love lead the way ❤

A couple of years later my mama died the 3nd day the flights from Amsterdam to Greece stopped due to the pandemie(COVID).
Again I was not there for my mama.
I got severe depression and still try to be better with the help of my psychologist.
I tried to be strong for both families the one in Greece and the one in the Nederlands. I almost died!! Long embolie. Life goes on but it still hurts so much. I miss my parents more than ever…..
