Base:
150 g oat flour or caking flour
80 grams of canola oil(you can use any kind of no-flavor oil)
40g maple syrup
Topping:
80 grams of chickpea juice (boil from 120 grams to 80 grams)
Sugar 70g
A teaspoon of lemon juice or rice vinegar
Stuffing:
20 grams of corn starch
One lemon, two passion fruits
Coconut cream 120g
210g almond milk
Lemon zest of one Lemon
Sugar 65g
Agar powder 6 grams

請問鷹嘴豆的湯汁可以自己怎麼做嗎?(買不到鷹嘴豆罐頭...),然後瓊脂粉可以用地瓜粉或其他粉取代嗎?(一樣買不到)
自己住鹰嘴豆,然后剩下的水煮到浓缩,琼脂粉不能地瓜粉代替
