- Enjoyed the heck out of this demo of #DriveBeyondHorizons and can't wait to see what comes of it! There were glitches, there were scary moments, and we even found the new muscle car! What do you all think of it so far?
The demo has been updated a couple of times since then and the invisible wall bug has been fixed
My new favorite phrase..."Suck it game! I WIN!"
This is a bit similar to The Long Drive, same things you have to do to survive. There’s several buildings on the mod there that you haven’t found yet: parking garage, log cabin, house with pizza oven and U shaped building with the recessed front porch.
Not a clutch issue...no gear shift lever....
Wonder if it wouldn’t let him install the clutch because it didn’t have a shifter.
@@Draconiam In my play through there were only 2 pedals,, gas & brake. I think its because shifting is auto

So I just got the demo and played until it lagged so bad I couldn't drive anymore. I had the same walls that you ended up hitting in roughly the same spots. I had an interesting experience as well, while activating one of the radio towers at night. Lets just say the lights turned green and a familiar entity made a guest appearance. Also, the reason your mustang wouldn't shift is because you didn't have a shift lever, not a clutch pedal. I tried just out of curiosity, and that solved it.

I think you forgot to put a swap the shifter from the other car to the mustang

I played the game when i saw the demo it has updated a couple of times since i played i think it is very promising with updates it could end up being great ,another game demo i looked at was underground garage seemed interesting but crashed when parking the car i had worked on .looking forward to this game when it comes out ,lets not forget the long drive was buggy in the early days going over a certain speed i would often end up with my car flipping through the air .

Your gun flew out when you hit the second invisible wall, the same place you lost your passenger side door too at 1:37:25
lol that needs some work. I wish the folks at beamng would create a "the long drive" game with their engine, given all the part systems and damage in that game, it would make for a great game.
The long drive last update was last year right? I think it's dead.
I heard August for an update. The next update is gonna be a big one, as they are completely redoing the Terrain Generation
