Having played with it for years, I have to say Needle Drop used to be REALLY good. Nowadays it's less so because burn have pseudo draw, but dealing chip damage while replacing itself is really good. It's also a good combo with prowess creatures, which is relevent nowadays because pauper got better prowess creatures over the years. I'd say you undervalued it even considering it's worse nowadays. I understand why you undervalue card advantage in burn since burn got decent options, but there was a time in which burn used to be dangerously close to running out of gas before finishing the opponent. That was especially relevant because Weather the Storm could simply end the game if you run out of gas.
On the other hand, I feel it's weird you value Shard Volley so highly. It has been taken out of the deck for most of the options you put bellow it. Saying red doesn't care about lands is only half true. Against slower decks you need to keep mana to cast multiple spells per turn. The other reason you don't want to play Shard Volley is because you need lands to sacrifice for Fireblast, and Lava Dart which you ranked higher then Shard Volley. Truth is those cards cannibalize on each other since you can't play too many of them, I believe Fireblest is the better of the 3.
Thunderous Wrath was a cool tech I used to run as a 1 off just for the topdeck potential and because there used to be very low draw in burn and you could land it during your opponent's turn sometimes. I think Reckless impulse makes it a lot worse.

No doubt man, I don't undervalue Needle Drop as I played it for a long time in my version of Mono Red Kiln Fiend as a way to proc Kiln Fiend and Festival Crasher and also replace itself. I just value it lower according to where it is in the CURRENT format, not the cards power in general.
In regards to Shard Volley is still a very powerful card with the optimal rate of 3 damage for 1 red. I get that you have to sacrifice a land but in a dedicated Mono Red Burn deck it's the value per rate ratio that makes it so good. I'm not arguing with you just explaining my reasoning behind my opinion. Like I said, this all my opinion and everyone's will differ.
I appreciate the feedback and insight on why you have contrasting opinions on certain things, as a content creator I truly value other's opinions and their experiences so I can better grasp and understand from opposing viewpoints!
      Thanks bud!

@@GoldLotusPauperMTG just giving some context on what I meant with my opinion:
I would put Needle Drop in B tier, as, even in the current format, I think there's better reasons to run Needle Drop then Lighting Strike like cards and Shock and I would downgrade Shard Volley to B tier, because I'd rather run Rift Bolt and Lava Spike above it because it undermines the other land sacrifice spells, which I think are better.
Lastly, I would put Fireblast in S tier. I can't put it under S tier for as long as Weather the Storm exists. I can't count how many times Fireblast (or even Bolt + Fireblast, or Double Fireblast) in response to Weather the Storm won me matches that would've been lost if they resolved it. Although I understand why you would, as splashing artifact lands for Galvanic Blast undermines Fireblast's position in the deck.

Incinerate is strictly better than Lightning Strike and Searing Spear but is a tier below them?
