I really enjoy all your vlogs ! It's really fun seeing your reactions to all the new adventures you experience together. I was born and raised here in southern California, and I actually remember the first time my parents took me to Disneyland.......it was my third birthday and Disneyland was only a year old.......quite a different place back then but still magical - as it always is even today - just like Walt intended. I really enjoyed your vlog. I live out of state now but was born and raised in California and grew up going to Disneyland all the time starting in the early 60's as a baby. I think that Disney World is spectacular with Epcot and Animal Kingdom, etc. but to me Disneyland is the only park that feels like the real Disney to me -- the rest feel a little like imposters/imitators... Clearly I am biased and it is because of my childhood memories that I feel that way. Anyway my favorite restaurant in Disneyland is the restaurant inside of the Pirates ride, Blue Bayou, in the New Orleans section. I also think that Space Mountain and the Haunted Mansion are better in Disneyland than Disney World. Can't wait to see the rest of your vlogs for this trip.

What a wonderful first day at Disneyland for you guys ! Amazing video ! That little white Mickey you picked up ,I got one like that years ago in Disneyworld ,I love it . The parade was very good . Hiya 🤗 What was Ste doing at the very end 😂 I keep changing my mind about going to Disneyland Cali and after this it’s back on my list 🙈 I loved this so so much. Such a shame about Walt’s apartment but at least you could see the light in the evening🥺 but I can see you guys had such a fab day. The parade looked great and all the different characters wondering around 😊 How amazing that you got to see the Pixar show - I think it’s always difficult to choose between watching the fireworks or looking at the projections….hopefully you’ll see them again but from somewhere else in one of the next vlogs? 🩷 xxx

I'm with Lucy on the American bacon, nowhere near as good as the stuff we have over here. I don't hate it and I'll have it if it's in something, but it just tastes of burnt bits of fat to me 😂

What camera are you using for all these shots?
We use a lot of various cameras for our vlogs; iPhones, go pro hero 10, canon g7x mark 3, insta 360, and our DJI pro mini 3 drone 😊
Ok so when you ate the beignets did you shake them in the bag? They normally come in the paper bag and you are supposed to shake them to coat them.
I don’t think we did 🙈😅

Also in regards to the dipping sausage that's not something that they normally do at the mint julep bar and this is just the beginning of your trip so I'm not sure if you guys ever found the jazz kitchen in downtown Disney that had the beignets, but sometimes they do the dipping sauces. Every once in a while, when Disney comes out with a featured month beignet, they will have like a cookie butter, dipping sauce or caramel sauce or something like that but I think that's only one they're doing the specialty beignets.
