Sweeps and trips are among my favorite techniques, breaking balance is extremely valuable no matter the art. Before I started my Muay Thai training and delved into clinch sweeps or the takedowns and throws from Catch/BJJ, this was my introduction. To this day it's a personal favorite and one you can really catch people by surprise with.
