Depends because some scholarships have restrictions for example NSP all scholarship has one major criteria if you are winner of other scholarship then you are not eligible, so i suggest to check all criteria before applying

Nope, the website says 15k per month only. There are different schemes in NSP portal. Check for "National scholarship for postgraduate studies"
