I had my first heart attack at the age of 25. I was recommended by my doctor for Arjun Bark. I am taking in the form of a tablet. My weight was 109 KG. Now with medicine and exercise, my weight has decreased to 95 kg now.

Respected Dr. I brought good amount of Arjun Bark. I collected with my own hand. I after washing the barks cut into small pieces and with a hammer I pasted the barks pieces then I put it in to one litre of water and started to boil. It became fully radish. After 45 minutes I put off the oven. The water became half litre. I drank it 10ml after food at night. Please send your suggestion.
