If you are new into cars look into the common issues get and get a pre purchase inspection. Also buy the best condition car you can afford. Also for first modifications don’t do things that the car is already good at like suspension. Focus on keeping the car In perfect condition and getting all major maintenance out of the way
Stewart water pump is worth it's weight in gold. Very honest review. S52 is bulletproof. My only criticism is that the US version is limited in HP. Even stock, the rest of the car will easily handle 260 at the wheel. They drive like a dream, and are far more reliable than people think. Excellent choice.
Love the vid! Great edits as well🤘 Keep up the awesome work✊ Would love to see more Texas roads & meets. Also, honestly can't wait for ya to return to Tally with the bois for some time attack racing, drifting, &/or pulls naw-m-sayin😉 hehehehe
Nice job man! Enjoy the process of piecing together your e36! I ran BC coilovers for about a year and wasnt happy with them. I switched to koni yellows with stiffer springs along with thicker sway bars. It's a much more compliant setup and handles better than my M3 did with BC's. If your set on going with coilovers I recommend to you to save more money and ball out on a set of coils that are valved better for the chassis.
Yo Thankyou! I appreciate the advice, I’ve been on the fence about BCs for a while now but I think I’m gonna go fortune autos instead after hearing more about what other people say about them 🙌
Don,t forget to check the subframe, for stress issues. Bmw has been sued because of this issue. I drove a 98 sedan, cosmos black, best handling car to date. Timeless design, best steering bmw 3 series to this day, i would also recommend this chasis. Again, check the subframe guys, and you can,t go wrong owing one of this future classics.
Good video bro! Maintenance can be expensive on these types of vehicles, but I like how you explained that it is not that bad like people tend to say; it is a fun car and well worth paying to get it fix! I never doubt myself when I pay to get my BMW fixed. Even if you do have to do an expensive fixture, once you do, you never hear from it again. It is like a remote control TOY CAR for adults, but now you get to go inside the racing car, not just control it with a remote control like when you were a kid! 😝
Yessir haha and yeah you would be surprised! I think it’s supposed to get sketchy when you pass 7500 rpms if you’re stock but other than that it revs like a dream!
@@M3Woke 7500 is with cams I think. I would never push my car over 7 grand without cams though that's just me 😅. I baby it too much. It's really cool that they can though.
Do those window guards help with wind noise? The wind sound is so loud in mine for some reason. Sounds like the window isn't rolled up all the way but it actually is
@@M3Woke ok thanks, and for suspension....what specific parts usually breaks or goes bad with it over time? I have 150k on mine amd don't know wich parts of the suspension to replace
20+ yr old cars. So definitely check all the suspension bushings for cracking or swelling, also make sure everything is torqued properly to spec. Check into the rear subframe for any damage, rust, cracks or bends if the car has been beat on. Stock struts also can go bad over time as the gas in them leaks, so if you’re on stock suspension look at how the car sits on a flat surface to see if any corner looks lower than the other.

el90skid Exactly!!! Glad you enjoyed the video :)
The amount of Miata drivers that transitioned to Beemer drivers is shocking and kinda funny imo 😄
I know or have heard of 3 myself.
One more from 🇦🇺 Australia mate....
Woohoo!

I agree I’m going off old old forum posts so the opinions back then were a lil dated! haha
I jus bought a 1998 m3 sedan slic top with a 5spd manual 1 owner runs drives brand new interior and headliner. I paid 5500$$$ super steal
Hell yeah!!! Congrats on the buy, what’s your Instagram I’ll check it out?

Hi I just bought an m3 sedan to 😌 does that mean we are friends ?
Hellll yeah!
Nice video👍🏼
I own a 98 bmw m3 convertible, I want it to run better and increase horsepower and torque. Can I get some help on where I should buy my parts
ECS tuning
Did you feel a power difference after the new manifold?
Yes! Pulls harder in the top end. Loses some low end torque but get a active autowerks tune and your problems are solved ✌️

The answer: yes

I’m about to buy a 95 m3 coupe any maintenance advice
Nvm you answered my question
Cooling system lol
Can you link the bluetooth adapter I've been trying to find one pls
@M3Woke
Make sure Motor Mounts are good ,,,otherwise Fan destroys Shroud and Blades destroy Radiator,,, and can break rear head pipe,,,
My same car comes with 321bhp ..... it`s good to be a European.
