Ye hai meri recipe chicken changezi ki. Asan mazedar jhat phat bane wali impress dish hai. Umeed hai aapko pasand ayegi!

Chicken changezi
2 lbs chicken marinated in the following-
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp crushed peppers
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
4 tbsp yogourt
Pot #1
Add 3 tbsp oil
Cook chicken in this pot
Pan #2
Add 3 tbsp oil
Add 1/2 cup fried onions
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
Add 1/2 cup tomato purée
Add 1 tbsp water
3 tbsp cashew powder
1 tbsp water
Add leftover marination masala
1 cup water
4 tbsp milk
Once chicken is cooked transfer to pot #2
Add 1/2 cup cream or malai
1 tsp kasoori methi
Add three green peppers
Cover and let it cook on med- low for 15 min
Enjoy:)
(I skipped out the charcoal part as I didn’t have charcoal)

Humaira Rasheed apne gravy mai spices ki quantity same dali thi? 1 Tablespoon Dhaniya, kashmiri mirch or chat masala bht to ni hugya?
@@livelysoul2618 I used everything according to recipie but in gravy I didn’t use chaat masala. My family don’t eat too spicy . I think everyone can adjust spices according to their taste.
