Hi, I watch all your videos. Thank you. However, one thing that disappoints me is that you never show the outcome at the end. I think people watch and wait to see how it turns out, this might help your videos if you showed the end result. thanks again for all your hard work.
Hi Mary. Thanks for the suggestion. This manual making series (last week and this week) is a bit hard to photograph as they are broadcasted live, however you will find most of my normal videos from the weeks prior have the image of the final product as the thumbnail at the beginning. Next week I will return to more full recipe style cooking, rather then these snippets of skills and tips.
You said there were 2 points about the wet baking paper but only gave one (being easy cleaning of the Varoma). I would love to know how the steam comes through the baking paper. Do you have to cut holes in it? Thanks for all the information.
Hello Nola. I am sorry that I left off point 2...I am so easily distracted...lol. The 2nd point was that it stops the juices running into the food below if you don't want meat juice in it. The steam doesn't really come through it, the baking paper doesn't have holes in it, it comes up the side vents instead. I hope this helps.

Hi, how do you secure your thermomix in the caravan?...will it bounced about?
It's in the travel bag under the bed and won't move around as there are other things packed around it.
