A GT8800 in 2020 is it any good?

I did try a lot of games and even some old games from around 2010 didnt boot, here are a bunch of the games that did not boot.
Black Ops 2, Call of Duty WWII, Deep Rock Galactic, any forza games, RDR2, BeamNG drive, pay day 2, and american truck simulator. some are obvious but I still wanted to try and other should had booted but didn't. I assume that is because the drivers are to old and despite that the game should work it doesnt anymore. it is definitly not good for anything even nearly a decade old, but maybe for a mid 2000s gaming rig it could be nice.
and in some games the card had issues with sound and I have no idea why on my pc I did not hear any sound at all, the card is self doesnt provide any sound itself and I did not have any thing to attach on the motherboard for sound.

I wanted to test more games but I the drivers are to old for a bunch of game I think it should run, I did put in some older games too, so you can see how it does in those, I am on windows 10 so I can't test a lot of oldergames, but older nfs games for example will mostly run the same as need for speed pro street for example. all the older 18 wheels of steel games should also run fine, battlefield 2 should too as far as I know. And the card is definitly not good in 2020, but it could be nice for maybe an old game rig when you plan on playing mid 2000s games or something like that.
