I'm so glad you like it... I worked a lot on this piece from the concept of the planes and the combination of the instruments with the sequences... I have a weakness trying to put both together.
These repetitive arpeggios have something totally meditative about them... if you let it, you could easily fall into a trance. The best time to listen is in that special state just before you fall asleep, in that gray area between being awake and asleep. Fantastic work my friend!
Love the lofi piano melody. It does give the whole track a bit of an unnervig vibe, which I dig. Also your video editing is wonderful and makes the whole experience more engaging!
Really wonderful composition. The different elements blend so well together yet are so distinct, and when the drum part comes in….wow! Love your work my friend.
Thank you so much as always my friend...today was something different...and I know you are trying not to fall into the eurorack abyss...but it just never ceases to amaze you the different ideas that can come out of the eurorack. There I leave it 😂
thank you mate !!!! I'm very happy you liked it.. it was like an evolution.. from dark to light.. .but not too bright ... it has sort of addiction that sequence
@@Hessencemusic pretty sure that pure ambient is latching a slow arpeggiator onto a long attack synth pad. While that has its place, I like your approach better
That's amazing! Congratulations. What I like most about your channel is how eclectic it is without losing a common thread between the videos, both aesthetically and visually.
Absolutely spellbinding..............I could listen to this for hours.........very playful and uplifting

The wind and trees and water tie it all together❤

The beauty of modular synthesis is that you really can build a world and change it in an instant! Truly remarkable work!

Does Oxi One allow you to unlock the polyphony in Just Friends?
yes and no.. OXI sends midi polyphony to Monome Ansible via USB WIDI... and monome Ansible is the one who unlocks the polyphony :)
@@Hessencemusic ahhh, so I would still require a “middleman” as it were to get polyphony?
@@americanowerewolf yes… just friends only talk i2c for polyphony
