Hello, I have a problem with my filter pump, it hardly sucks any water despite the fact that I change the filter and it is always cleaned. How do I do this please ?

i have the vegas model, and that one has a seperate liner on the outside and that is a bad thing because there will come water between the tub and liner
and that will cause bacteria to grow, and i got realy sick from it once, so i don't use the liner no longer and now my tub is just fine.
I do like this new Hollywood airjet model, but i don't like the chlorine dispenser because the waterflow will disolve the tablets way too fast, so i will keep on using
my floating one.

I bought this but it was called Saluspa Hollywood. Literally the same hot tub.

SaluSpa is the name in the US. Lay-Z-Spa is the name in the UK.

Hi Brian,
Yes this hot tub is made in our factory in China, however the factory is owned and run by Bestway which is the owner of Lay-Z-Spa brand.
This means you will not find Bestway manufacturing hot tubs under any other brand names in the UK, other than Lay-Z-Spa.
We do not make hot tubs for other brands in the UK like you suggest. There are many other infatable brands which you may be familiar with that are all from the same factory however.

Absolutely nothing wrong with Chinese manufactured products, so long as you source correctly.
A bit like anywhere in the UK or Europe to be honest lol
