I do exercises that I have found on RUclips . I am doing things for me. I am going to put up pictures on my wall that makes me happy. I love the way your cat made a cute entrance 🤗

I love the Atomic Habits book too! Very easy to implement and make changes. Also really liked the Mark Manson, Subtle Art… book, it’s an easy read.

The book is great! Highly recommend, I enjoyed it more than the movie. I like the way the ending is written so much more compared to the movie too!
